- "The 1928 Scarface fires massive 12.7mm MEP rounds to "make the gun seem more real", as it was modeled after the infamous M1928 Thompson SMG. Firepower is unquestionable, but accuracy and handling are."
- ―Official Description
The 1928 Scarface is a mid-game SMG made by Noir Corporation. It is the last SMG that appears normally, starting with normal ones appearing at rank 35 and ones appearing at rank 75. The reason it appears so late is because it could be considered an upgrade to the Ronson 55 in every way except for fire rate.
Trivia[]
- This was inspired by the infamous M1927 Thompson SMG often associated with gangsters of the 20th Century.
- Speaking of gangsters, the name of the weapon is an epithet used to refer to a certain particularly infamous gangster...
- The real life M1927 Thompson uses .45 ACP, and the 1928 Scarface uses a .50 round. This would make it seem a bit too real, don't you think?
