The AXWAL H-8 Terror is a Chemical Sniper Rifle. It has very low initial damage, but its long lasting DoT can easily rend bosses. This is not a great weapon for normal zombies.
The Terror is quite rare and has doubly expensive ammo. This is due to the fact that it is manufactured by AXWAL.
