The Phoenix V12 Wrath is a devestating cannon, designed as a supporting weapon it does this job far better than expected, the huge firepower and terrifying range and accuracy allows for this weapon to lock down down most locations with ease. Just beware of the size and recoil.
The massive size of the weapon means it typically has to be mounted on to something, the ground even works. But this takes valueble time (it in almost all cases DOES need to be mounted, unless equipped to something far stronger than a normal person).
The ammo reload time and the clip is fairly painful, as is the movement penalty.
It's very high level and it's very rare, even more so when red.
The weapon is far more useful if you have things to support you whilst you set up.
